Australia's Brooki Bakehouse Pops Up in Dubai This Ramadan
Following a popular run in Abu Dhabi, the cult-favourite dessert brand lands at Etisalat Beach Canteen.

Australia’s cult dessert destination Brooki Bakehouse is making its Dubai debut with a limited-time pop-up at Etisalat Beach Canteen from Thursday, March 27th to Sunday, April 13th. Known for its bold cookie creations and over-the-top bakes, Brooki arrives fresh off a successful Abu Dhabi pop-up held last September.
Founded by Brooke Bellamy in Brisbane, Brooki Bakehouse has gained international attention for its indulgent, Instagram-ready desserts. Signature items include the gooey Nutella milk choc chip cookie, red velvet and sprinkle-stuffed cookies, and a fan-favourite double chocolate salted caramel option. For those less cookie-inclined, the bakehouse also offers a range of cakes and its famed Biscoff "crookie"—a croissant-cookie hybrid that’s earned a devoted following.
The pop-up is part of Dubai Food Festival’s Etisalat Beach Canteen, which runs throughout Ramadan and features some of the region’s most hyped dining concepts.
