BeIN Releases Trailer for 'My Faith in Sport' ft. Omar Marmoush & More
BeIN’s new docuseries premieres on March 31st, following seven Muslim athletes—including Egypt’s Omar Marmoush—through stories of prayer, perseverance and purpose.

BeIN Media Group has released the official trailer for its upcoming docuseries ‘My Faith in Sport’, produced by TOD Studios, and set to premiere on March 31st exclusively on TOD TV and BeIN Sports. The series offers an intimate look into the lives and careers of seven Muslim athletes from around the world, exploring how their Islamic faith has influenced their journey through sport.
The series features a diverse roster of athletes, including Egyptian footballer Omar Marmoush, Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, Iraqi forward Ali Al Hamadi, Danish-Afghan striker Nadia Nadim, Qatari Olympic gold medallist Fares El Bakh, British boxer Adam Azim, and Ghanaian-British rugby player Zainab Alema.
‘My Faith in Sport’ centres around four key Islamic concepts—Salah (prayer), Sawm (fasting), Ummah (community), and Tafakkur (reflection)—offering viewers insight into how these principles have shaped the athletes’ personal and professional paths. The series goes beyond biographical storytelling to explore the intersection of spirituality, discipline, and identity in the world of competitive sport.
The docuseries will be available in both Arabic and English for viewers across the MENA region, enhancing accessibility for a global audience. The project is part of TOD Studios’ ongoing effort to tell culturally relevant stories that resonate with local and international audiences alike.
