Cairo is Hosting a Marathon to Celebrate Capital's 1054th Anniversary

The governorate of Cairo announced that it is holding a major marathon to celebrate the capital’s 1054th anniversary on July 14th!

The event will feature races for runners, cyclists and motorbike riders, with participants starting off from the Yasser Rizk axis. The marathon will lead racers over the Taha Hussein Bridge, before they reach the finish line at the verdant gardens of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat.
