Amina Muaddi Plants Her Flagship on Avenue Montaigne

The Muaddi shoe always had presence. Now it has a Paris address.

Amina Muaddi opened the doors to her first freestanding boutique at 6 Avenue Montaigne — a name that needs no context, and a milestone that marks a new chapter for a brand that once thrived on the thrill of the drop.

The store’s design, developed with Art Recherche Industrie, doesn’t lean into nostalgia or retail theatrics. Instead, it shapes an atmosphere. Undulating aluminum walls line the space like a sculptural curtain. Shoebox-style cabinets in glossy burl walnut reference Art Deco restraint, while a rotating caramel-pink sofa anchors the room like a centrepiece and a quiet wink. It’s all mood. All Muaddi.

Since launching in 2018, the brand has built a language of modern femininity — one that’s equal parts audacity and precision. That language now has walls, mirrors, light, and leather underfoot.

To mark the opening, Muaddi introduced an exclusive capsule: six reimagined classics in new tones and textures, including the gold Anok slingback and a feathered white Jerry sandal. Anchoring the drop is the Ami Clutch, stitched with mismatched crystal studs — only six made, each numbered.
