The Chamber of Tourism Companies has launched a new 24-hour hotline service, to receive all tourists’ inquiries, suggestions, and complaints. Available by dialing 19654, the hotline service is part of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities’ efforts to maintain a high quality experience for tourists.
The ministry has urged that the hotline be placed in all hotels, archaeological sites and airports across Egypt where it is visible to all tourists.
