Dual Citizens Exit Gaza via Rafah; Egyptian Ambulances Enter Gaza

Palestinians holding dual citizenship have been observed leaving Gaza for Egypt through the Rafah Crossing for the first time since October 7th. This development follows mediation by Qatar, resulting in an agreement between Egypt, Israel, and Hamas, in coordination with the United States, to facilitate the movement of foreign passport holders and severely injured Palestinians from Gaza.

Egypt is prepared to receive and provide treatment for 81 wounded Palestinians from the besieged Gaza Strip, as confirmed by Gaza's General Authority for Crossings and Borders to The New York Times. Meanwhile, Egyptian ambulances are gathering at the Rafah Crossing in the Gaza Strip, ready to transport critically injured Palestinians to Egypt for essential medical care.
