Dubai’s RTA is Auctioning Off 350 Premium Number Plates

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority has announced the auction of 350 premium number plates for private vehicles via 76th Online Auction.

Registration opens on Monday July 22nd, and bidding will begin at 8 AM on Monday, July 29th, continuing for five days only. Participants must have a Traffic File in Dubai, submit a security cheque of AED 5,000 made out to RTA, as well as pay a non-refundable fee of AED 120.

The sale of these licence plates will be subject to a 5% VAT, and feature three, four and five digit plates, carrying the codes A, B, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X and Z..
