Egypt’s First Governmental Real Estate Platform Goes Online
The platform looks to enhance real estate marketing locally and internationally by organising properties in a unified system.

The Ministry of Housing, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, have launched a new real estate platform, developed by Egyptian proptech company E-Systematic.
The platform is designed to support the marketing of real estate in the country, both locally and internationally, by organising available properties within a unified, cohesive system. The system then connects the properties to a global network of more than 2 million real estate professionals across the US, Canada, Europe and South America, enabling them to be showcased abroad.
The platform can be accessed online by visiting ‘The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform’ website.
