Eight New Flights Added Between Abha & Major Saudi Cities
The new additions denote the latest effort from the Tourism Authority to promote the Saudi Summer programme.
Eight new daily flights between Abha and three major Saudi cities - Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam - have been announced. The flights will be operated by the Kingdom’s national carrier, Saudia, as well as budget-airline flyadeal.
These new flights are the latest effort from the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) to promote the Saudi Summer programme, which includes Jeddah Season and Aseer Season.
Abha, capital of Aseer, is a major component of Aseer Season. Abha International Airport, where all the new flights are set to land, is considered the world’s first silent airport.
The flights will run every two to four hours, with prices starting from SAR 99.
