Elevate Egypt To Host Mobility & Strength Workshops in Saudi Arabia

Fitness company Elevate Egypt has teamed up with Saudi premium wellness provider Room No. 7 to host two Mobility and Strength workshops in the Kingdom’s two biggest cities.

Elevate Egypt will carry over their holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and wellbeing from their base in Sheikh Zayed to Jeddah and Riyadh with a comprehensive workshop on mobility, and its applications in strength training.

The mixed-gender workshop will instruct participants on how to conduct thorough functional range assessments and design mobility programs based upon Functional Range Conditioning principles, before exploring the integration of this knowledge of mobility into strength training.

In total, the session will include three hours of workshopping followed by an hour of practical workout. The workshops will take place February 22nd in Jeddah, and February 23rd in Riyadh; both sessions will run from 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
