Global AI Leaders to Meet in Riyadh for September Summit

The third edition of the Global AI Summit will be held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh from September 10th to the 12th. Over more than 120 dialogue sessions and workshops, AI experts from about 100 countries will discuss the future of this revolutionary technology.

Notable participants will include Stefan Schnurr, State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport; Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture, and Douglas Schmidt, CEO of Dell Technologies Services.

The summit represents a major step forward as the Kingdom aspires to become a leading player in AI and contribute to global initiatives in the field. It is expected that the summit will conclude with several agreements and memoranda of understanding regarding AI regulation and cooperation.

The event is being organized by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) at the behest of its Chairman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
