Helwan University Offers Free Screening for Tumors & Chronic Illnesses
Screenings will be conducted across campus locations from April 27 to May 21, 2025, operating from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Helwan University has launched a series of free medical initiatives in collaboration with Egypt’s Ministry of Health and the Cairo Health Directorate.
The campaign targets students, faculty, and staff, providing early screening for chronic diseases as well as various types of cancer, including lung, colon, prostate, and cervical cancer.
Screenings will take place across university campuses from April 27 to May 21, 2025, between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Participants are required to present a valid national ID.
All medical procedures will be conducted free of charge and with full confidentiality. The initiative is overseen by university and hospital administrators in coordination with specialized medical teams.
