Hurghada is Now Home to a Beautiful New Coastal Walkway
Bike into the sunset at the newly opened Hurghada Walkway.
The Red Sea resort city of Hurghada is now home to one of Egypt’s largest and loveliest walkways. The 6 km stretch makes for a stunning seaside stroll, lined with a slew of new hospitality, entertainment and dining destinations as well as beautiful biking lanes supported by bike rental booths.
The new promenade serves as both extension and upgrade of the original 20-year-old Hurghada walkway. With its cafes and bazaars, ‘El Mamsha’ - as it’s lovingly known by the locals - has long been a Hurghada hub for families and tourists alike.
The new walkway will act as the centerpiece for a new era of tourism in Hurghada. Surrounded by world-class facilities it’s part of an integrated strategy to elevate the city’s local, regional and global standing.
