Industrialists Career Expo to Add 100 Jobs for People of Determination

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has announced the third edition of the Industrialists Career Expo, which will be held from October 28 to 30 at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre. The event is set to create over 900 job opportunities across nine critical sectors, including food and beverages, energy services, engineering, logistics, project management, and technology. Of these, more than 100 positions will be designated specifically for People of Determination.

For the first time, the expo will also provide employment and training opportunities to female national service recruits through the "Hama" programme. This initiative, developed in collaboration with the Government Development and Future Office and the National Service and Reserve Authority, focuses on equipping female recruits with professional skills in key industries.

Additionally, the expo will feature an instant job-matching system, accessible through a dedicated app. This system will use advanced technology to align jobseekers' qualifications with current vacancies, providing a streamlined process for quick employment.

Since its launch, the event has facilitated over 1,600 specialized jobs, including 150 for People of Determination, significantly boosting local talent placement in industrial and advanced technology sectors.
