Israeli Airstrike Kills Three Palestinian Policemen Near Rafah
The interior ministry in Gaza says an Israeli airstrike killed the policemen while they were facilitating the entry of aid.

An Israeli airstrike killed three policemen east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, the interior ministry announced, calling it a violation of the ceasefire that had been in place since January 19th. A fourth officer was also found injured.
The policemen were stationed in the area to secure the entry of aid trucks into Gaza, according to the ministry’s statement. The ministry condemned the attack and urged international mediators to pressure Israel to stop targeting its civilian security force.
The Israeli military alleged that the strike targeted “several armed individuals” who were moving toward its troops and that "hits were identified."
