Ministry of Industry Launches Investor Support App in Egypt
The platform connects to ministries and authorities across the Ministerial Group for Industrial Development, offering a single tracking window, instant notifications and follow-up reminders.
The Ministry of Industry launched Investor Support, a mobile application for submitting and tracking industrial complaints and inquiries in Egypt. Available on Android and iOS, the app provides investors with a direct communication channel to the Ministry of Industry and entities within the Ministerial Group for Industrial Development. Responses are delivered through the app, allowing users to follow their cases digitally from submission to resolution.
The platform is linked to a broad range of ministries and government bodies, including the Ministries of Environment, Military Production, Electricity, Petroleum, Housing, Public Enterprise, Finance, Investment and Foreign Trade, Planning and Economic Development, Supply and Internal Trade, Agriculture, and Labour, as well as the Central Bank of Egypt and the National Food Safety Authority. Through this unified digital gateway, industrial investors can submit complaints related to any of these entities and monitor progress without in-person follow-up.
The system consolidates all investor requests and grievances into a single tracking window to reduce time and administrative burdens. After a complaint or inquiry is submitted, users receive an instant notification confirming that the case has been forwarded to the relevant ministry or authority. Once a response is issued, the investor is notified through the app and can send follow-up reminders if a delay occurs. Status updates are accessible in the “Profile” section, where users can also initiate reminders.
