New Administrative Capital will Host Middle East's Largest Smart Bus Station

The New Administrative Capital (NAC) is set to host the largest Smart Bus station in the Middle East at a total estimated cost of EGP 5 billion. Spanning 105 acres, the project will emulate the designs of major international smart bus stations abroad, and will be built over three different construction phases.
The mammoth bus station includes a parking lot for the buses (as expected), a fully-fledged shopping mall (exciting!), three petrol stations, a number of shops, and several maintenance workshops to serve the buses.
The station’s commercial area is hoped to create new job opportunities, and will be established in the first phase of construction. This ambitious project is scheduled for completion within a two-year period.
