New Increases in Pensions for Professional Syndicates in 2025
These syndicates include medical professions, physical therapy, engineers, technicians, and agricultural professionals.
With the start of 2025, new pension increases have come into effect for retired members and the families of deceased members of several professional syndicates, including the medical professions, physical therapy, engineers, technicians, and agricultural professionals.
The Federation of Medical Professions Syndicates announced that pensions for members have increased to EGP 1,500 per month, replacing the previous quarterly payment system. This decision has been implemented as of January 15th, 2025, covering doctors, dentists, veterinarians and pharmacists.
The General Assembly of the Physical Therapy Syndicate has also approved an increase of EGP 100 per month in pensions, effective from January 2025.
