SEVEN Unveils New SAR 1.3 Billion Entertainment Hub in Jazan
The 60,000-sqm site near Jazan’s North Corniche Park will offer 73,000 sqm of entertainment and recreational facilities.
Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of Qiddiya Investment Company, has unveiled plans for a new entertainment destination in the Jazan region with a SAR 1.3 billion development contract having been awarded to Alfanar Projects.
Located near the North Corniche Park along the Jazan waterfront, the 60,000-square-metre site will feature 73,000 square meters of built-up space. Led by global architecture firm Gensler, the design draws inspiration from Jazan’s natural landscapes, including the Red Sea coastline, local mountains, and the region’s jasmine flowers.
The venue will offer a variety of attractions, including an indoor golf course, thrilling rides, a cinema complex and an electric karting track. There will also be an indoor adventure center by Discovery Adventures, as well as dining and retail options.
This project is part of SEVEN's broader initiative to create 21 entertainment destinations across Saudi Arabia, with an investment of over SAR 50 billion. SEVEN aims to enhance the country’s entertainment offerings and improve the quality of life for local communities.
