Sales for Dubai’s Second-Tallest Tower Burj Azizi Launch Worldwide

Sales for Burj Azizi, the upcoming 725-metre skyscraper set to become the world’s second-tallest tower, will commence on February 19th across seven cities around the globe: Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.

Positioned along Sheikh Zayed Road, the 131-plus-storey structure will incorporate a mix of residential units, a hotel, retail spaces, and entertainment venues, with completion anticipated by 2028.

Dubai currently leads the world in the number of skyscrapers exceeding 300 metres, boasting 33 such structures. Among the world's 100 tallest completed buildings, 14 are located in the city, including Burj Khalifa, Marina 101 and Princess Tower.

Burj Azizi is expected to add to this landscape while setting several records of its own, including the highest hotel lobby at Level 111, the highest nightclub at Level 126, the highest restaurant at Level 122, and the highest hotel room at Level 118. A museum at the tower’s peak will document its construction and design through multimedia exhibits.

Residential offerings within Burj Azizi will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The development will also integrate amenity floors at every 20 levels, featuring swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a gym, a yoga centre, a spa, a games room, a business centre, a cinema and a children’s play area, as well as a restaurant, a coffee shop and a supermarket.
