Saudi Arabia Launches ‘Mostaqbali’ to Train 50,000 in AI
Participants will complete 23 specialised training tracks totalling over 300 hours, with accredited certificates awarded upon completion.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has launched Mostaqbali, a national program designed to train 50,000 Saudis in artificial intelligence and other digital disciplines.
The initiative is delivered through the FutureX eLearning platform in collaboration with Oracle and the National eLearning Center. Participants will complete 23 specialised training tracks totalling over 300 hours, with accredited certificates awarded upon completion.
Open to recent graduates, professionals, and women looking to enter the tech field, the program covers a range of topics including AI, cloud computing, data management, and Oracle applications.
The Ministry stated that the initiative forms part of the Kingdom’s broader strategy to localise digital expertise and strengthen its knowledge-based economy under Vision 2030. Registration is currently open via the FutureX platform.
