Saudi Tourism Platform TOURISE Announces USD 113 Billion Portfolio
The deal flow involves international and local companies including Melia Hotels, BWH Hotels, GOCO Hospitality, Radisson Hotels, AlFozan Holding, and Knowledge Economic City.
At the inaugural TOURISE Summit 2025 held in Riyadh, the Saudi-backed global tourism platform announced that it has catalysed investment portfolios totaling USD 113 billion.
The announcement covers a wide range of sectors within the visitor economy — from luxury retail and next-generation hotels to integrated destination developments, wellness experiences, artificial-intelligence-driven platforms and talent initiatives.
The deal flow involves international and local companies including Melia Hotels, BWH Hotels, GOCO Hospitality, Radisson Hotels, AlFozan Holding, and Knowledge Economic City.
The announcement aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader tourism and economic strategy, positioning the Kingdom as a global tourism hub by integrating infrastructure investment, digital transformation and hospitality innovation. The focus on ecosystems—rather than individual projects—signals a shift toward long-term value creation across sectors, including talent and technology.
