Sharm El Sheikh is getting the glow up it deserves just in time for the COP27 United Nations Climate Change Conference. To accommodate all of the visiting delegations and parties, the South Sinai governorate is developing Peace Road and building a 5km long tourist walkway alongside it.
The governorate is also fixing up the road leading to Sharm El Sheikh, maintaining the streets within the resort town, adding more green spaces throughout, and creating two additional walkways. The new walkways will include 82 commercial shops, 66 kiosks, restaurants, a kid’s area, and a theatre.
