The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population will build a Turkish-Egyptian hospital in the New Administrative Capital, in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Health.
The new hospital will offer different services including prosthetic limbs and organ transplants, as well as exchange training programs, in order to enhance the efficiency of medical services in both nations.
The decision was made during a meeting between the Egyptian Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, and Turkish Ambassador Salih Mutlu Şen at the ministry’s headquarters. The meeting also reviewed other ways of cooperation between the two countries to provide humanitarian and medical aid to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
