UAE-based KSH Investment Company and Egyptian firm SKG Holding Company signed a strategic partnership for a real estate project along the Nile river overlooking Warraq Island.
The project, located in the Tanash area, will span an area of 20,000 square metres and boast an estimated value of EGP 24 billion. The development plan includes the construction of three high-rise residential and commercial towers, along with a five-star hotel. Completion of the project is anticipated within four years.
