UAE Oil Shipments to Be Cut in Push to Meet OPEC+ Targets

By early 2025, the UAE looks to cut down on oil shipments, amidst a larger effort by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) to push for greater quota discipline.
The Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC) has already downsized its plans to ship crude oil cargoes to some customers in Asia, with volumes reduced by up to 230,000 barrels per day.
In early December, OPEC+ released a decision to delay output hikes and extend cuts to production to the end of 2026.
