According to Transparency International’s 2024 Corruption Perceptions Index, the UAE has been ranked the least corrupt country in the Middle East and North Africa.
The index evaluates 180 countries based on perceived public sector corruption, using a scale from 0 (high corruption) to 100 (full transparency).
With a score of 68, the UAE ranks among the world’s most transparent nations, surpassing Austria, France, and the United States to secure 23rd place globally.
