World Record for Biggest Cancer Awareness Sign Broken in Port Said

Port Said broke the Guinness World Record for having the world’s largest sign dedicated to cancer awareness.

The sign was created as part of an initiative launched by the Ministry of Health and Population  to promote early detection and treatment of four types of cancer.

In celebration of this achievement, an event was held in Port Said featuring a 3,000-metre-long banner donning the cancer awareness initiative’s slogan. The banner will later be donated to institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to support their work in cancer prevention and treatment.
