Youssef Chahine’s ‘Alexandria Again and Forever’ to Screen at Zawya

The final installment of Youssef Chahine’s acclaimed Alexandria Trilogy, ‘Alexandria Again and Forever’, will be screened at Downtown Cairo’s Zawya Cinema on September 19th, 20th and 23rd at 7 PM. The restored version of the film will be screened with English subtitles.

Starring legends of the Egyptian silver screen such as Yousra, Taheyya Karioka, Hussein Fahmy and Hesham Selim, the film was Egypt’s entry for Best Foreign Language Film at the 63rd Academy Awards.
