Born in Downtown El Gouna, Red Sea hotspot, Villa Coconut by TLT Concepts (The Lemon Tree & Co.), is packing up its signature cocktails, earth-toned charm, and laid-back vibe to cross the Red Sea, as it prepares to open at Dubai's International Financial Centre (DIFC) this winter.

After expanding internationally to Athens earlier this year with The Lemon Tree & Co., TLT Concepts is now venturing into the MENA region with Villa Coconut, marking a prominent regional expansion.
