Blaze Turns Up the Heat With New Flagship Branch at New Cairo's KOV

Sit back—nothing’s on fire. That’s just Blaze turning up the heat as it preps to launch its largest flagship branch yet at New Cairo’s KOV Mall.

Since its opening in Nozha, Heliopolis, in 2011, Blaze has been the go-to confidant in our lives whenever we need a good ol’ pick-me-up in the form of a meal we don’t have to think twice about. Since 2011, Blaze has spread its delicious aromas, all throughout Madinaty, Mall of Arabia, and Mohandessin. Now, Blaze is expanding with its biggest flagship branch at New Cairo’s KOV Mall, offering its signature experience to New Cairo residents.

Blaze, with its return to East Cairo, is bringing an expanded, and curated international menu to the table, catering to all palates. Opening in Ramadan, Blaze will welcome guests with a specially curated Iftar and Suhoor menu and buffets throughout the holy month.

The Blaze return, however, isn’t merely about location - Blaze KOV is amplifying its dining experience with a sleek, modern design and an upgraded atmosphere, all while staying true to the Blaze flavour people know and love. The two-story branch, clad in shades of olive, brick red, and black, is all about diverse flavours and cuisines.
