Tortina's Ramadan Dessert Menu Is for the Coffee Obsessed
Coffee meets kunafa as Tortina turns family favourites into Ramadan dessert signatures.
Every dessert has a backstory. Some are rooted in centuries of culinary tradition. Others begin with a child standing in the kitchen asking, “Can you make this taste like my favourite drink?”
Tortina’s Ramadan menu falls firmly into the second category.
The origin story, according to household legend, involves Bassel and Seif, coffee, and the kind of domestic negotiation that usually ends with someone experimenting near hot syrup. The result: Spanish Latte Kunafa and White Mocha Kunafa — two coffee-inspired variations that began as family requests and have now entered Tortina’s Ramadan rotation with full force.
The Spanish Latte Kunafa carries that familiar condensed-milk sweetness, threaded with a steady note of coffee, while the White Mocha version moves more gently, weaving chocolate into the mix without abandoning the espresso altogether. Both follow the same late-night logic: if coffee already anchors the evening, there’s no reason it shouldn’t finish it too.
