RAK Properties Unveils New NB Luxury Villa Collection in the UAE
UAE-based real estate developer unveils ultra-luxury limited beachfront four-bedroom villas on Hayat Island.
UAE real estate developer RAK Properties revealed the launch of the NB Collection, an ultra-luxury development comprising a limited number of beachfront villas on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab. The project is set for completion in Q4 of 2026.

Located adjacent to the world-famous Nikki Beach Resort and Spa, residents will have direct access to the beach, beach clubs and a marina. The development also offers access to adjacent hotel facilities, including the InterContinental and Anantara resorts within Mina Al Arab, as well as the amenities of the recently announced Raha Island.
The NB Collection comprises 11 four-bedroom villas, each spanning 6,500 square feet across three levels. These residences are meticulously designed to meet the growing demand among high-net-worth individuals relocating to the Emirates for ultra-luxury properties.
The villas will exhibit open-plan layouts, with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the Arabian Gulf. Each residence will host private amenities, such as a private swimming pool, spacious balconies and a rooftop sun terrace offering ample space for an additional plunge pool.
