AD: Cityscape Egypt 2025 Builds Up to Its Biggest Edition Yet
For the first time, an International Pavilion makes its debut, connecting visitors directly to global developers.

Cairo’s real estate market is about to get a serious showcase. From the 24th to the 27th of September, Cityscape Egypt 2025 takes over the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in New Cairo, returning for its 14th edition under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Egypt and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities.
This year’s event brings together over 80 local and international developers, with more than 1,000 residential, commercial, and investment projects all under one roof. For the first time, an International Pavilion makes its debut, connecting visitors directly to global developers and opening the door to cross-border investment opportunities from Greece, the UAE, Oman, and more. So if an overseas property is on your bucket list, this is your chance.
Cityscape is also rolling out a new VIP Experience. Think priority parking, fast-track entry, and a lounge set aside for networking with developers, investors, and industry leaders. Tickets for the VIP package are available through TicketsMarche (link URL here).
And since getting to the venue should be as smooth as the deals on offer, Cityscape has teamed up with London Cab, Egypt’s electric cab service, to offer 20% off rides booked via the app with the code CS20.
The event will also feature some of the biggest names in the industry, including Shehab Elorabi, General Manager at Modon; Dr. Ahmed Shalaby, Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Tatweer Misr; Eng. Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and MD of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments; Hesham Mahran, CEO of Orange Egypt; and more.
More information on the four-day event’s program, exhibitors, and the Cityscape Talks agenda is available at cityscape-events.com.find and if you’re already registered, you can start planning your visit and navigate your way around the exhibition using the interactive map available on the app as well.
