From Japanese iftars to live music during Suhoor, City Walk’s Ramadan activations will fill your hearts and stomachs with joy.
If the quandary of where to go for an alfresco Ramadan night with your besties already has you in a bind, fret no more. Dubai’s City Walk is hosting a Ramadan extravaganza, featuring a wide range of festive activities that promise to delight both your hearts and palate, from iftar to suhoor.
From Japanese-themed iftars at Miyabi Sushi to the artisan markets, and cashback rewards on every three meals you eat, we have compiled a list of everything happening at City Walk during Ramadan. Proceed with pen and paper in hand and take some notes..s’il vous plait.
Exclusive Dining Experience:
First, you will break your fast with a refined selection of Aqaya’s stuffed and dipped dates.
If you are one of those who experience unconventional food cravings during Ramadan, then you might find solace in Miyabi Sushi’s Japanese-themed Iftar and suhoor set menus, complete with tantalizing starters and desserts. The Iftar set menu is for AED 119 per person, while the suhoor menu is for AED 99 per person.
However, if you have an affinity for a hearty traditional iftar feast, there, you will find Allo Beirut's special Iftar set menu of authentic Lebanese street food (cheese-laden man’oushas included) for AED 89 per person.
Meanwhile, for a fiery soul-nourishing meal, Nightjar offers exquisite charcoal grilled chicken, served (literally) sizzling with a side of savoury condiments, and Hibiscus Strawberry Nitro Tea –for you to dramatically sip on as you retail a rather detailed analysis of your favourite Ramadan series. The whole affair is only AED 99 per person.
And because Ramadan is all about sweet treats, Vinci Dolci is introducing a quirky Ramadan rendition of their famous Italian gelato with some delightful new flavours.
Feeling overwhelmed by all of these options? City Walk has introduced its ‘Flavour Finder’, a digital dining guide (which you can access via WhatsApp) to help you navigate through the culinary offerings of more than 45 restaurants, from casual and fine dining to quick bites and sweet treats.
Ramadan-themed Music Entertainment:
Sprinkling fairy dust of soulful festivities all over Ramadan nights, each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, City Walk will serve your suhoor with a side of live music, featuring Ramadan-themed performances. The live shows will start from 8:30 PM until past midnight.
Artisan Market:
Considering the spicy overlap of Mother’s Day this Ramadan, City Walk’s Artisan Market will be hosting an array of kiosks selling locally handcrafted goodies, from March 18th to April 15th. From personalised jewellery and accessories to handmade garments, and home decor, you might just find the perfect Ramadan-themed gift for your mom there.
TICKIT Ramadan Cashback Rewards:
If you think that’s all, there is more! This season, City Walk is bringing back its Ramadan cashback rewards with TICKIT. For every three meals you pay for with TICKIT, you get cash rewards, baby…
With our hearts, stomachs and pockets full, honestly what more can one ask for?
