Tesla Enables Free Supercharging Across UAE, Saudi Arabia & Qatar

Tesla has enabled free Supercharging across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, covering more than 30 charging stations across the three markets. The change took effect at midnight local time.
The coverage includes stations across major cities, highways and residential hubs. In the UAE, locations include sites in Abu Dhabi such as Masdar Central Park, Masdar City Centre and Yas Mall, as well as stations in Dubai including Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall Za’abeel and Dubai Hills. Additional stations are active in Sharjah at City Centre and Rahmania Mall, alongside locations in Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Hatta and Ras Al Khaimah. Charging points are also positioned along major travel corridors including Jebel Ali.
In Saudi Arabia, Supercharger stations are available in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah and Taif, while the activation in Qatar includes a station at Doha Festival City.
The move follows an appeal from an Emirati Tesla user and aligns with the company’s approach of temporarily enabling free charging during difficult periods to support affected communities. Similar measures have previously been implemented in the United States during extreme weather events and power outages.
The UAE hosts the largest share of the activated stations, spanning major malls, urban districts and highway routes across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
