Aston Villa Names El Gouna Red Sea as Official Partner for 2025/26

Aston Villa Football Club has announced El Gouna Red Sea as an official partner for the remainder of the 2025/26 season, marking a new international collaboration that brings an Egyptian destination into the club’s global portfolio while expanding El Gouna’s international audience and strengthening its global sporting presence.

The partnership will be activated through a series of branding, storytelling and experiential initiatives designed to run across the club’s platforms. Under the agreement, El Gouna will also feature prominently across Aston Villa’s men’s first-team training wear, worn by players and coaching staff throughout the season.

Developed by Orascom Development, El Gouna is a premium, master-planned coastal town on Egypt’s Red Sea that has grown over the past 35 years into a year-round international community spanning more than 50 nationalities. The destination is widely recognised as a pioneer across multiple platforms, including arts, culture and entertainment through its flagship El Gouna Film Festival, as well as entrepreneurship, gastronomy and sport, alongside a sizeable British resident community.

El Gouna said the collaboration aligns with its long-term vision as a town designed around community, wellbeing and high performance, using sport as a platform to connect cultures and audiences internationally. Aston Villa Football Club added that the partnership reflects shared values around ambition, performance and international growth, positioning El Gouna as a natural fit as the club continues to expand its global footprint beyond the UK.

Located around 30 minutes from Hurghada International Airport, El Gouna is within a five-hour direct flight of major UK and European cities. Its year-round warm climate and established sporting ecosystem have helped position it as a Red Sea gateway and an international destination built for permanent living, training and lifestyle-led tourism.
