E-Taxi Service Bolt to Launch in Dubai Through New Partnership

Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has teamed up with the European e-hailing service Bolt to establish the largest e-hailing platform in the UAE. This collaboration, announced at Gitex Global in Dubai, marks Bolt’s debut in the UAE, expanding its presence to over 600 cities across 50 countries.

While no specific launch date has been provided, the partnership promises innovative e-hailing solutions and enhanced customer experiences in digital mobility. Bolt’s services, which include food and grocery delivery, scooter and e-bike rentals, and short-term car rentals, may soon be available in Dubai.

Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi, CEO of Dubai Taxi, emphasized the collaboration between DTC's extensive fleet of over 6,000 taxis and limousines and Bolt's global expertise in shared mobility.
