Local Brand Ramla Drops Its First-Ever Heel Collection

While the rest of us quietly abandon our New Year’s resolutions by February, Ramla said new year, new category.

The Egyptian label just launched its first-ever heels collection, Under the Sun, stepping into sculptural pointed mules that feel like a natural evolution of the brand.

All handcrafted in Egypt, the lineup keeps things clean and considered, with curved heels and soft metallic finishes.

There’s Negom in metallic rose, Amar in silver, and Shams with a woven upper and gold-toned details. And then Layla, the embroidered pair, threaded with geometric motifs in deep red, black, ivory, and gold. It’s the standout, but still wearable. The overall mood is simple and versatile.

These are heels that work just as easily with denim as they do with tailoring. A subtle shift for Ramla, but a confident one.
