Saudi Fashion Brand Bshayer AlQunaybit is Dressed for Bridgerton
With a pastel palette, high necklines and puffed sleeves, the brand seems to live in the Regency era.
As the world collectively prepares to swoon over Season 4 of 'Bridgerton', Saudi designer Bshayer AlQunaybit is already living in the Regency era, or at least dressing like it. Her eponymous label seems to target those of us longing for a time when romance was carefully framed and frolicking in the meadows was standard procedure – a universe created by Jane Austen and Julia Quinn.
While a Bshayer AlQunaybit outfit is fit to land you among the Bridgertons in on Grosvenor Square, her collections are not exactly costume. Instead, they offer a break from the traditionally bland modest abaya, reimagining it into something that could be as fun as it is comfortable.
Her pieces, mostly in a pastel palette, echo the softness and structure of the show’s wardrobe, but they’re grounded in a contemporary sensibility that understands how women today actually dress. It’s just everyday wear with a touch of whimsy.
