A new boutique destination is being built in Dubai with Villa Square, a community-focused mall scheduled to open in 2026 in Wadi Al Safa 5, near The Villa neighbourhood.
Developed by KeyMavens Group, Villa Square spans over 124,000 square feet and is designed as a lifestyle hub rather than a conventional mall. The project combines curated retail outlets, open-air dining spaces, wellness centres, and landscaped courtyards, creating an environment where design and community meet.
The mall’s architecture follows sustainable design principles, integrating energy-efficient systems, natural lighting, and advanced waste-management solutions to minimise its environmental impact.
Unlike Dubai’s mega-malls, Villa Square focuses on local connection and slower-paced experiences, offering a neighbourhood gathering spot for residents and visitors alike. Construction is underway, with completion expected in Q3 2026.
