World’s Rarest Coffees to Be Auctioned for First Time in Dubai

World of Coffee (WOC) Dubai 2025 is hosting its first specialty coffee auction at the Dubai World Trade Centre from February 10th to the 12th. The event is expected to draw over 13,500 visitors and 400 exhibitors, marking it as the largest coffee trade show in the region.

The auction itself will offer 20 lots of exceptional specialty coffee, each scoring 92 points or higher on the Specialty Coffee Association’s scale. Buyers can get in on the action, either in person or online, with a chance to grab some of the world’s rarest brews. Expect the likes of black ivory from Thailand (AED 5,500/kg) and kopi luwak from Indonesia (up to AED 4,400/kg) - high stakes for those in the know.
