Zahra’s New Entertainment Hub Maps a Different Kind of North Coast

In Zahra, just inland from the shoreline and dusted with salt air, a new kind of map is being drawn. AKTI, developed by Morshedy Group, is set to open as Egypt’s largest entertainment hub - built not as a single destination, but as seven distinct islands, each inspired by Greece's rhythm, energy, and atmosphere.

At Dolphin Island, visitors are invited into one of Sahel’s first marine encounters. A dolphin show forms the centrepiece, framed by water, light, and sound designed to draw in all ages. Nearby, Bunker Island pulses with the buzz of arcade games, digital arenas, and side-by-side challenges built for both solo focus and group play.

Speed comes into view at Go Kart Island, where the track curves just enough to keep the outcome unknown. Hazel Farm Island moves in a different direction - pottery wheels, grazing animals, and shaded corners made for slowing down.

On Profit Island, sport takes the lead. Paddle tennis and basketball set the tempo, giving movement a social edge. In Cosmos Island, light and image shift the scene again. An immersive F&B space, it blends visuals, atmosphere, and sound into a space that feels open-ended.

Adrenaline Park is built for those who search out height and velocity. Ziplines, paintball, and aerial obstacles offer new ways to experience space, while Events Plaza - AKTI’s communal core - invites return. Live shows, open-air music, and gathering after dark create a focal point that’s part festival, part ritual.

As AKTI prepares to open its doors, its shape is already clear: not a single attraction, but a layered, evolving space shaped by the people who pass through.
