Tawakkalna Adds 40 Services From 24 Saudi Government Entities

The Tawakkalna App added 40 new services during July in collaboration with 24 government entities, continuing the expansion of Saudi Arabia's unified digital platform for accessing government services.

According to the platform, the latest additions are part of ongoing efforts to broaden the range of digital services available through Tawakkalna while making it easier for beneficiaries to access multiple government services in one place.

The new services were introduced in partnership with a range of government entities, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Media, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saudi Tourism Authority, General Authority for Real Estate, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, alongside several universities and other public sector organisations.

The July expansion follows a larger rollout in June, when 40 government, private and non-profit organisations added 160 services across sectors including education, healthcare, housing, justice, environment, transport, the economy, labour, social security and tourism.

The platform said the continued expansion is intended to enhance the user experience by bringing a wider range of digital services together in a single application, helping users complete government transactions more efficiently while saving time and effort.
