The Grand Community Mall Opens in Dubai on August 19th
The Nad Al Sheba Gardens destination will open in phases with retail, dining and wellness offerings.
The Grand, a new two-storey community mall in Nad Al Sheba Gardens, is set to open its doors on August 19th, launching in phases with a mix of retail, dining and lifestyle destinations for residents and visitors.
The first phase will include a Waitrose supermarket, alongside MMI, Maple Bear Nursery, Al Jaber Optical, Fixperts and Heart Cottage Lane. From early September, additional brands including Tashas, Somewhere, Home Bakery, Kokoro, Blu Pizzeria, Bake My Day, Daima, Staywell Pharmacy and Tips and Toes are scheduled to open. Fitcode and American Hospital are expected to join the development in early 2027 as part of its health and wellness offering.
Located within the Nad Al Sheba Gardens residential community, The Grand is around 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai and is easily accessible from Business Bay and Meydan. The development has been designed to integrate landscaped parking areas with surrounding parks, featuring a natural colour palette and a light steel roof supported by vertical columns to maximise natural daylight.
The mall will serve both residents of Nad Al Sheba Gardens and the wider public, with additional retail openings, experiences and community programming expected to be announced in the coming months.
