R3D, Al Nather & Shabjdeed Release New Single ‘Umro2’

Palestinian rapper R3D - a member of the BLTNM collective - has released his latest single, 'Umro2,' featuring fellow label mates Shabjdeed and Al Nather. This marks BLTNM's second release of the year, following Shabjdeed's sophomore LP, ‘Sultan’.

In 'Umro2,' Al Nather crafts an ominous sonic landscape with nostalgic samples, providing a backdrop for the two rappers to deliver their verses. Shabjdeed takes on the chorus with a introspective tone, reflecting on the ongoing genocide in Gaza and his internal struggles, delivering his words in a poetic manner. R3D contrasts this energy in the verses, shifting the tone to a more critical and commentary-driven delivery. His rapid-fire flows are juxtaposed with the melancholic chorus, complementing Al Nather's production.

'Umro2' is R3D's first single since the 2022 self-titled album he released with Shabjdeed, Al Nather, Daboor, and Ramadan.
