This week’s Select is brought to you by Tunisian producer and DJ Majdi Ben Kraiem, aka Ben Deeper, a self-taught artist and the AR/manager of ‘Vtopia’ record label. Having received classical musical training during his early childhood, Deeper developed an innovative approach to music production, one that is famous for its deep, bass-heavy, and melodic dance floor-based sounds.
In this hour-long set, Deeper will take you on a progressive deep house ride, infused with some elusive tribal and hypnotizing industrial undertones. Some of the most notable tracks you’ll hear on the set include Zieze’s ‘Venus Is Crying’, an original mix of Tito Azevedo & Mrqz's 'Breath', and Andrewboy’s ‘Earth’, along with Deeper’s own original mix ‘Renaissance’, which he released under his record label Vtopia.
