1984 Ventures Founder Ramy Adeeb Will Speak at Narrative PR Summit 202
The founder of 1984 Ventures will bring his experience in startups, AI and venture capital to Narrative PR Summit’s 10th edition.
Egyptian venture capitalist Ramy Adeeb is set to join the speaker lineup at the Narrative PR Summit 2026, bringing a Silicon Valley career that has spanned startup founding, product development and early-stage investing.
Adeeb, founder and general partner of San Francisco-based 1984 Ventures, will speak at the summit’s 10th edition, taking place on October 14 in Somabay. His participation comes as conversations around artificial intelligence, technology and innovation increasingly shape business and economic agendas worldwide.
Over the past two decades, Adeeb has built a career across some of the technology industry’s most influential companies. He founded Snaptu, the mobile platform acquired by Facebook in 2011, and later launched Snip.it, which was acquired by Yahoo, where he went on to serve as a product executive. He was also an early engineer at Tellme Networks before its acquisition by Microsoft and began his investing career at Khosla Ventures, working on deals that included Square, GroupMe and Storify.
Today, through 1984 Ventures, Adeeb focuses on backing early-stage startups, making him one of the most prominent Egyptian figures operating within the U.S. venture capital ecosystem.
Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Narrative PR Summit has become a recurring gathering for business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs and innovators. This year’s edition is expected to examine the opportunities and challenges shaping Egypt’s future, with technology and artificial intelligence among the key themes on the agenda.
