AD: World's Largest Beach Club is Expanding to Egypt’s North Coast

In Dubai, Sirene by GAIA has quickly established itself as one of the city’s leading destinations. Within its first four months, it welcomed more than 250,000 visitors, striking a balance between laid-back beachside energy and upscale club luxury. Now, Fundamental Hospitality - the global group behind the brand - has partnered with Egypt's Palm Hills to bring Sirene by GAIA to Hacienda Heneish on the North Coast, alongside a luxury hotel and residence.

“Egypt’s North Coast is becoming the ‘St. Tropez of the Northern Mediterranean’,” Evgeny Kuzin, chairman of Fundamental Hospitality, tells SceneTraveller. “I believe there is a real opportunity to create a truly iconic and unforgettable experience for all visitors, which in turn will also raise the tourism bar in Egypt as a whole.”

The upcoming Sirene by GAIA will be set on the shores of Sidi Heneish, designed as a contemporary take on Olympus inspired by Greek mythology. In the serenity of Hacienda Heneish, Sirene is likely to feel as otherworldly as Olympus. "Together with Sirene by GAIA," tells us Ismail Mansour, the vice chairman of Palm Hills, "we aim to set a new standard for coastal luxury and play a key role in advancing Egypt’s tourism industry.”

Hacienda Heneish spans 420 acres, within which Sirene by GAIA will operate mirroring its Dubai counterpart, with beach loungers, restaurants, pools, hidden bars, and private cabanas each carved into their own distinct corners. The hotel and residences will only match the beach club's luxurious exclusivity.

Construction is set to begin soon, with the opening scheduled for 2027.
