The ultra-luxury resort features a 3,500 sqm spa, two exclusive private beaches and an 82-berth superyacht club.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, the newest ultra-luxury destination by Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, is officially opening its doors to guests on March 14th, 2025 in Dubai. With a design that draws inspiration from superyachts, the hotly-anticipated resort is joining the iconic Burj Al Arab and the sailboat-inspired Jumeirah Beach Hotel as part of the prestigious Jumeirah portfolio.
Set amidst lush private gardens, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab features 386 rooms and suites, alongside 82 serviced residences, all complete with private terraces overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Most notably, the resort is home to four exclusive penthouses, one of which recently made headlines with a record-breaking sale of AED 420 million (USD 114 million), making it the most expensive apartment ever sold in Dubai.
At the heart of the wellness-focused resort is the Talise Spa, spanning 3,500 sq m over three floors and featuring 13 treatment rooms with private terraces, a hammam, sauna, steam bath, fitness studio, barbershop, salon, and five private pools.
Additionally, guests at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab can expect 11 international restaurants, nine bars, two exclusive private beaches and an 82-berth superyacht club that caters to maritime enthusiasts.
